I have a 22' recycler toro lawn mower model 20370 and it's spittin out a bunch of smoke, the engine sounds like it keeps trying to die, and there is oil in the air filter. Black smoke is normally a sign of running to rich, my guese is they tipped it on the wrong side to service or clean something and flooded out the air filter with. Go to town and buy some new 30 weight oil, a new filter, and plug.
